Egal, ob auf oder abseits der Strecke: Ein Mudder kann jedes Hindernis überwinden und weiß wie es sich anfühlt, Großes zu leisten.
In 2015 we kicked off the first season of Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder - a 1-mile obstacle course for 7-12 year olds who consider themselves Tough Mudders in Training. They climb, crawl and swerve their way through Tough Mudder inspired obstacles all while lending each other a helping, albeit muddy, hand.
Check out this epic compilation video from the 2015 season, and watch as these Mini Mudders show you what teamwork and getting dirty is all about.
Through the bumps and bruises, stumbles and scrapes, good times and bad, Mom’s been there to pick you up, dust you off, and get you back on course. A certified badass, she's conquered every obstacle life threw her way.
She gave you Tough Love. It’s time to return the favor.
Known as the Ice Queen to many, Auntie Miranda to others, she’s been a well known face in the UK and across the pond since she started volunteering in 2013. At Tough Mudder London South weekend 2, she'll be reaching a special milestone and become the first MVP anywhere across the globe to volunteer for 100 shifts. We reached out to Miranda and asked her to look back on this journey and give us some insight into what it takes to get this far.
Teamwork makes the dream work and at Tough Mudder, that’s a fact. The fourth line of our Mudder pledge, ‘I help my fellow mudders complete the course,' demands it. But what if the sweat you drip on the course could help others off it?
Conquer this beast of an obstacle with 3 killer tips courtesy of Coach.
- Dominate the monkey bars using the rhythm of your supple hip.
- Have some patience and transition with ease. Take advantage of your momentum as you swing from one bar to the next.
- While shimmying down the pole, control your swing, tighten your core (and your butt), and work on stability.
In the latest episode of Coachified, Coach T. Mud switched up his Tough Mudder training with some intense cardio conditioning. The pre-workout may have helped a smidge, but tapping into mental toughness and camraderie is what really pushed him to strive for greatness, crank up the resistance, and keep those supple tiger hips climbing.
As we look to 2019, TMHQ is going back to it's roots and putting obstacle innovation at the heart of everything.
