Egal, ob auf oder abseits der Strecke: Ein Mudder kann jedes Hindernis überwinden und weiß wie es sich anfühlt, Großes zu leisten.

Es geht uns allen gleich. Bevor wir einen Tough Mudder antreten stellen wir uns einen Haufen Fragen, zu denen wir keine Antwort wissen. Was für Schuhe soll ich anziehen? Lange Ärmel und Kompressionsleggings oder einfach T-Shirt und Shorts? Handschuhe?

Jemand schlägt vor, einen Tough Mudder zu laufen und Du denkst Dir "Ja, sicher ... auf keinen Fall", weil Du denkst, dass Du nicht fit genug bist? Dann bist Du nicht alleine. Es überrascht uns immer wieder, wie viele Leute uns nach ihrem ersten Tough Mudder erzählen, dass sie nicht gedacht hätten, sie würden es schaffen. Sie dachten, sie hätten nicht genug Kondition oder Kraft. Was lernen wir daraus? Wir sind stärker, als wir denken und wenn wir an unsere Grenzen gehen, können wir mehr erreichen, als wir uns zutrauen würden.

In case you’re new to the party, every Monday after a Tough Mudder event weekend is an official Wear Your Headband to Work Day, aka Headband Monday.
