Either way, these Post-Workout Recovery Bites, created by Angie Asche, MS, RD, sports dietitian and owner of Eleat Sports Nutrition, are the perfect solution. Made with just six ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry, they're super easy to make and a fast, portable snack you can feel good about eating. So hit the road or gym, then hit the fridge. Eat 3 bites for 30 grams carbs, 9.5 grams protein—the perfect 3:1 ratio post-workout.
