World's Toughest Mudder 2014 is officially in the books. Universally regarded as the toughest World's Toughest Mudder, it was also the most complex, challenging, fun, and full of community spirit of any WTM to date. Held on a beautiful but mercilessly hilly course overlooking Lake Las Vegas, and just beside the splendor of the Westin and Hilton Hotels, one of the most unique global events went down in true Mudder fashion. Hot during the day, cold and windy at night, and full of new and different obstacles, participants were challenged like never before. Ryan Atkins repeated as the World's Toughest Mudder, 2012 female winner Amelia Boone came back to claim the crown of female World's Toughest Mudder, and the Wolf Pack Spartan Team edged Under Armour Team Australia for first in teams. But the backdrop was really the over 1200 hardcore Mudders from around the globe pushing themselves to their physical, mental, and team limits to earn coveted WTM bibs and personal goals. See you next year Mudders, we promise to continue innovating, so you better continue pushing yourselves. - TMHQ signing out.
